Lovely modern 2 bedroom villa just across the road from Lake Cathie Bowling club and close to the lake and the beach. A picnic BBQ area and playground at the lake reserve, close to local shops. Please note you will need to provide your own linen.

Lounge/dining with T.V, Stereo, video. Modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Auto washer in laundry/bathroom - shower only. Single carport parking with front roller door. Sleeps 5. 1 Queen bedroom opens out to private shady patio, 1 Double with single bunk above. Fenced rear yard with private outdoor BBQ deck and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

A lovely place to stay, felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. & I really appreciated the small things, like having a tin opener when I needed one, or washing powder or a plastic container for leftovers in the fridge.
