I booked and paid for an Ocean View Room via Wot-If and I did NOT have this room. I was given a room over a spa / pool where a bunch of teenagers from 5 pm to 9 pm were yelling and screaming and then the following morning until 9.30 am, the same yelling and screaming where you could not even sit out on the balcony and have a cup of tea for breakfast. We had to have the balcony closed off and blinds down and sleep in a box. Not an enjoyable night and morning and a cell in Goulburn Goal would probably be more comfortable. Would I stay in your hotel again, No. I thought staying in a Mantra hotel would provide a certain level of comfort but I was mistaken. I was also completely mislead of the room that I paid for and I will lodge a complaint with the ACCC.

Beautiful property, perfect location! The view of The beach is incredible and it’s easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We ate at the Milkbar and the food was awesome! All of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Great location opposite the beach front with views over the Norfolk pines, out to the ocean. Very relax with your own private balcony which was really like a sunroom, especially on the wet cold day I was there.
