Recently updated, this house is comfy, cozy and quiet! You will love this nicely decorated and well maintained unit! Excellent for couples with one queen in each bedroom and a leather couch in the living area. The downstairs efficiency includes 1 Queen and a Twin over Full Bunk, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Outside, enjoy the great BBQ area with its stone work floor and the mature oak trees on the sprawling deck! Feels like home nestled in rare mature trees. Note this unit has Spectrum Television and Streaming Options so you can sign in with your own personal streaming services using the Spectrum Wifi at the home. The Leiker House rental includes both the Up and the Down parts of the home.

This Unit is Not Pet Friendly

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. Perfect for a fishing get away with plenty of room to park. The screened in porch makes for a nice retreat from the mosquitos. Convenient to Froggys to get on the water quick.

This is 2 separate houses and it was great!!!

The upstairs house is 2 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen, dining room and living room. It’s on a nice quiet street. Plenty of space inside. The downstairs is like it’s own efficiency apartment. There’s a kitchen and table and bedroom all out in the open. When I read the listing, I did not realize it was 2 separate spaces. You have to go outside and down the stairs and then through the screened in porch to get to the front door of the downstairs. It worked out perfect for me and a friend because she stayed downstairs and I stayed upstairs and we both were able to get some much needed quiet time! Would definitely recommend. I don’t love the check in process of having to go to the realtor and get the key when a lot of properties now just give you the code but it’s ok.

Perfect for our 6 person group

We have been coming to port o Connor for a few years now to go fishing and this was our first time staying here. We had a group of friends come with us and really enjoyed the house there is a complete downstairs with two twin beds a love seat and small kitchen attached to a screened in porch. And upstairs had a nice large table for us to sit in the ac and enjoy dinner. I chose this house due to the nice hang out area’s and was not disappointed. It was stocked with dish and hand soap and towels . A few things I would say to be aware of is if you plan on cooking you might want to bring a sharp knife and either Tupperware or zip lock bags for any type of leftovers there was not really any mixing bowels or containers. I typically bring these things and forgot and had to improvise. Overall very satisfied with the property and stay.

Nice little get away

Just wanted to take the kids fishing so we rented the house. Kids and wife enjoyed the stay along with the fast access to surrounding things.

Great House

The house was comfortable and worked great for a fishing weekend. Plenty of parking for a boat and 3 trucks. Worked out great.
