Welcome to your perfect seaside escape! This cozy 4BR/1BA first-floor (bottom of the house) retreat is ideal for families and friends ready to relax and soak up oceanfront living. Step straight onto the sand or cool off with a swim in the private pool—your beach day begins the moment you arrive.

Inside, enjoy an open-concept primary bedroom with a queen bed and beautiful ocean views, plus a second private bedroom with another queen for added comfort. Settle in for movie nights on the smart TV, or gather around the kitchenette and dining area for easy, shared meals.

**Please note: this home features a shared pool with the attached apartment (if it's booked during your stay). Additionally, the owner and his son live upstairs in a separate unit with their own private entrance.**
