No room service is available. Instead of daily room service they only clean the rooms every two weeks. They do not provide more than four towels. Any additional towel provided is $10 extra per towel. The room has kitchenette. Pots and pans were not in the room when I arrived. However I did not ask for any trom the desk. Maybe they provide upon request but im sure it would cost an additional $10 per item just like the towels. The biggest issue i had was the shower temperature and pressure. Water is hardly warm and hardly any pressure at all. Hard to relax at the end of the day if the shower isnt that well.

This is NOT the hotel pictured in the listing. Very disappointing upon arrival, thinking we were staying at the one pictured only to find out it was Wood spring.

The attentiveness of the checkin staff was lacking extremely, after finally acknowledging that we were standing there, still didnt come to check us in. The smell in the entire hotel was like a mix of weed and colgne.

The room was, the employees were good, but I couldn't sleep because the person next door kept walking back and forth, all I heard was there footsteps and like someone kept knocking when they would close there door, just couldn't sleep

Check-in had a system down as an entire team was checking in, took over 30 minutes. Found 2 roaches in my room. Room had an odor. Sucked towels had to be used sparingly, they charge $10 an extra towel.

The staff was very courteous. For 2 people we were given 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and a bath mat. If we wanted other clean towels we would have to pay $10.00. If we wanted the room cleaned it would cost $15.00. The bed was noisy every time we rolled over. I wouldn’t stay here again.
