The office desk are horrible. I waited 25 minutes to activate my room key because she was just talking to another employee. Meanwhile, 2 other people were waiting as well. This place is actually disgusting. My husbands room had beard shaving in the sink. And the toilet was dirty. When we asked for someone to clean up, she gave attitude to him. My room, the sink dripped and the floor was dirty. I told my girls not to walk bare feet. I did tell them about the sink and they did nothing. I wanted them to do something about our stay and they said because I used Expedia, they can’t do anything for me. The pictures they advertised is not accurate at all. Don’t go to this horrible place.

This hotel is the worst motel I have ever been. They asked me if I drove in or walked to the motel? That should have been the first sign of things to come. The motel is filed with people who are displaced and they live in the motel permanently. The room smelled and the property is not kept up. They told me that they would refund my money because I checked in and out within 10 minutes by front desk staff skye. They have now decided not to refund my money when I just booked it online about an hour before I checked in. I have never not stayed in a motel that I booked before. I would not recommend staying in this property.

It was conveniently located to everything however, the grounds are filthy dirty and the room smelled of cat pee. There were people in the parking lot fighting all night every night we were there. Extremely poorly kept.

The staff is wonderful here. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Conviently located close to shopping . Directly across from Bucaneer Bay and only minutes to the beach. We loved our stay here. Definitely a great experience.
