They didn't disinfect or cleaned up.

the covers were dirty of the blue room. The gray blanket is stained with blood and the blue blanket is full of dog hair. The dishwasher was dirty and it smell so bad , we can not cooking here. Was OK just for sleeping, we must to buy a new sheets and blankets for one of the rooms because what they have here was unacceptable... I really think if the app was the available to made a complein at the time we stay it will be better. We spend most of the time out of the house but we deserved at least it was cleaned. Or your must to received a refunds. Please if you want to stay here check all before you stay and take pictures, I did I have pictures of the nasty and dirty blanket... if someone of my family will be sick next few day with COVID 19 is because they didn't disinfect the house
