Escape to our stunning brand-new mansion nestled in Port Sanilac's harbor. With 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, it comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Luxuriate in two 12-ft swim spas while soaking in breathtaking views. Ideal for family reunions, corporate getaways, or weddings, indulge in the epitome of comfort and style. Experience the ultimate retreat where every detail caters to your relaxation and enjoyment. (If interested in hosting a wedding, please inquire prior to booking)
HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 2 Cars in the driveway. Additional cars must park in public parking lot across the street.
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
