This much-loved family shack has been enjoyed for many years and is now ready to be shared. Just a 2-minute walk to the Port Sorell Boat Ramp, it’s a relaxed beachside base with plenty of space to spread out. The huge shed is perfect for boats or caravans, and the home offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. With an undercover BBQ, outdoor dining, bikes, boards and games, it’s made for easy family holidays by the sea.

As you arrive down the driveway, the first thing you’ll notice is the enormous shed - perfect for cars, boats, jetskis or caravans - with plenty of extra space outside for more parking. Just behind the shed sits the home, open-plan and welcoming.

To the left is a bedroom with two bunk beds and storage, suitable for kids, teens or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining, while the lounge area features a smart TV and plenty of games for family fun.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and there’s a separate toilet alongside a spacious bathroom. A laundry tucked behind large sliding doors keeps things convenient and tidy.

Outside, there’s plenty of room to play footy, cricket or soccer, plus the family outdoor dining area has been kept in place, maintaining its rustic charm. Here you’ll find a large BBQ, outdoor dining setting, and a chiminea for the evenings. The beach and Port Sorell Boat Ramp are just a 2-minute walk away, making this an ideal spot for families to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked linen and stock cupboards in the shed and bunk room, as well as the garden shed.
