House is well stocked, roomy and perfect location. Would definitely stay there again. Had a little trouble getting in house with code but they responded promptly and was able to assist. Better than pictures!

Beautiful beach stay

The home and location were awesome. I can't say enough good things about the property. Beds were a bit soft for me but i managed :-) We have never been to Mexico beach before but will definitely return again. Didn't care for yhe check in process. Couldn't get in the house before 5pm cst

Above the Sand

House is good size, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Appeared clean. It is a very short walk to the beach which was nice. Deck and parking under deck was good. Had an issue with door code when getting there but called property manager and they helped us get in. Also had no hot water on Sunday but again called the property manager and it was fixed that day. The only draw back was there is a house being built next door and construction started at 7 a.m. with hammers, saws, talking, etc. I am happy to see new construction in MB though. Our stay was fun and relaxing and we made the best of the construction noises. I would stay at Abov the Sand again.

Family vacay

We had a great time. House was extremely clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed the view, downstairs under the house was wonderful. You might want to throw in a couple more blankets for the cold natured. Awesome place. We’ll be back!!
