Avalon by the Sea is a large, beach front home! This home offers amazing views of the gulf from just about every room in the house. Avalon by the Sea features tons of living space.


This home has 2 king bedrooms on the first floor. Both of these rooms have bathrooms and gorgeous views of the ocean. On the next floor you will find the wide open kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a half bath. On the top floor, there are two gulf side king bedrooms, one with it's own private bath. There is also an additional sleeping area here that is perfect for children! There is a built in twin/twin bunk and an extra twin bed.


There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor of the home which is perfect for people that are out enjoying the pool area. There is a gas grill and outdoor shower as well. It is decorated beautifully with style and comfort all rolled into one. You're on your way to..."Avalon by the Sea"

Excellent Beach house

The beach house was perfect. Our family had an incredible vacation. We loved the house, the location, the 4 master suites, and the amenities. Cape San Blas is indeed a hidden gem, and so is this beach house. We will certainly be coming back again.

Beach stay 2022 Avalon By The Sea

Avalon By the Sea was comfortable and welcoming. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms and furniture was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The deck was a beautiful place to watch the sunset. There was always a spot on the beach in front of the house. A beautiful and comfortable stay!

Such a wonderful family trip thanks to this home!

This is our first time staying right on the beach and it will not be our last. The views were amazing and we loved that we could enjoy the beauty of the beach while sitting at the great pool. It was all perfect for our kids (3, 6, and 9). Also, it was easy to enjoy the beach as we did not have to struggle to carry everything to and from given we could easily run to the house to grab what we needed. Anyhow, lovely home and could not love Cape San Blas more!
