I can’t say enough great things about our stay. This condo was clean and decorated nicely. We loved having access to the pool/hot tub. The boogie boards were a great addition to our beach experience. We were great full to have a fully functional kitchen with everything needed for a nice meal. Although it would be helpful to have one big pan to cook with. Overall we would highly recommend this stay.

Nice property, but not great service

The property itself was pretty nice with a good layout and amount of space. My issues were with the amenities, communication and check-in/check-out process. The check in process needed to be changed and I was only notified by the app—I personally would’ve called to inform the person, especially when it changed the day off. Instead I had a moment of panic when there was no lock box and the code I was provided did not work. Had I not been able to get into my App or email, I would’ve been in real trouble. A call or text for such important information is warranted and necessary. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash and that was really frustrating. At 10am on check out day, someone was trying to get into the room while two of my kids were sleeping while I was at the pool with my other child because check out is at 11. I then felt rushed as the cleaner was waiting for us to get out (the cleaner was not rude at all). Overall, I would probably rent from someone else, but the property itself was very nice and clean—just make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and check your email since they don’t call or text….

Wonderful Condo

We had a wonderful time and this condo was perfect for our family! We especially enjoyed having the two master suites. We have stayed at Waterside Village several times and this stay was awesome! The condo size was perfect for 4 adults and our 2 grandchildren. It was clean and comfortable.

The condo was just as listed, the dryer stopped working but the owner responded and took care of it in a very timely manner. Well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it and for sure would stay here again.

Needed important info

The property was nice. The only problem we had was when we arrived, there was a sign that said no trailers parked on property. Nowhere on the listing or the info from the owner mentioned this and we had trailered down a golf cart. The next morning, we were threatened with towing. Luckily we found somewhere to store it. This needs to be mentioned. HOA president said it should have been. That was bad business.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Waterside Village. All the beds were comfortable. One of my daughter’s that has a hard time sleeping, slept wonderfully the whole week! We loved the pool. The walk to the beach Wasn’t bad at all. The beach was beautiful too! We will definitely be coming back!

The entire process was exceptional. The property was perfect. Super clean every where you go. Pools were very well kept. The rooms are massive and look brand new. Plenty of room. Super clean. Highly recommend 10/10. Small walk to the beach not bad at all. Area very quiet and calm. Requires 5-30 min drive for stores and restaurants, but not a big deal at all. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Wonderful stay!

Condo was larger than expected, great location, easy access to the beach. My kids enjoyed using the beach toys that were there & the beach caddy. The Dollar General a mile or so down the road was a gem for picking up things you might need. I recommend eating at Shipwreck so delicious we ate there twice.
