A sofa sleeper is available for additional sleeping arrangements. The unit is fully equipped to meet all your needs. The complex features an elevator and a swimming pool. Additionally, it is only a short walk to the renowned Killer Seafood restaurant. The condominium complex also provides a designated communal grilling area.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
