We stayed at the end of the summer season so the weather was perfect! The beach is quite really across the cul-de-sac that BooTiki is located on. It was well appointed with furniture and enough beds and bathrooms. The pool was amazing

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that were unexpected and, if I knew beforehand, would have impacted my choice of property when booking our stay. - The property needs new beds. - We found several bugs/roaches in the house during our stay. - There was just 1 roll of TP in the entire house when we arrived, as well as just 1 roll of paper towels and no cleaning supplies or soap.- A/C thermostat is regulated and we were going to bed at 10pm with the house temp at 79 upstairs and 75 downstairs.

Wonderful!
The check in process was a bit confusing. I was given a packet with the wrong address, and no directions. This was straightforward out within 1/2 hour, and it was worth it. Super location, beautiful beach, nice pool, overall, everything was top notch. Grill was broken, and minimal supplies, but I knew about the supplies going into the vacation.
Thanks for a great week, I hope to be back!
