The boardwalk to the beach is located right outside of the balcony making it easy access to the beach. Nestled next to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, this gated community is perfect for couples or families who are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation while enjoying all the amenities the community has to offer. When you are not strolling on the beach, building sandcastles, or swimming in the crystal clear ocean you can enjoy two pooals, lighted tennis courts, boardwalks, playgrounds, and fishing ponds. This peaceful, dog-friendly community has it all right at your fingertips!

The minute you walk into this IMMACULATE and modern home, you'll be greeted with an open concept living/kitchen area with a half bath. The light and airy living area feature nice furnishings and a copy gas fireplace. The completely outfitted kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooks the dining and living room - perfect for family gatherings. The dining area has plenty of room to enjoy your meals after a long day of play at the beach. When you are ready for a break, grab your favorite book and relax in the window seat in the dining area. The living area opens up to a balcony for you to enjoy gulf breezes while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. The sleeper sofa has a queen bed for additional guests.

Traveling upstairs you will find a spacious master suite with a nice, comfortable king bed with its own full bathroom and balcony. After a long day at the beach, escape to the private balcony and wind down while taking in the sensational views. The second bedroom features its own full bathroom and has two double and two single bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Bonus Captain's Quarters bunk beds are located in the hallway upstairs.

Other great features include a washer/dryer, covered parking, outdoor shower, gas grill, and beach toys, chairs, and gear. (Beach chairs, gear etc. are not guaranteed as items come and go throughout the year.)

When you are ready to venture out, enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in the quaint downtown of Port St. Joe located about 20 minutes away. Visit the historic lighthouse, ride horseback on the beach or take the ferry over to St. Vincent Island for the day! Don't forget, there are plenty of fishing charters for you to take a trip out on the water and hopefully catch your dinner for the night. Right outside of Barrier Dunes, string up your laces or jump on a bike and enjoy an 18-mile paved trail. About 25 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!

This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
