You will love the convenient beach front location with private ramped boardwalk, sweeping Gulf views, screened porch, sundeck, private covered deck off the master bedroom, custom firepit and more!
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home easily accommodates 8 people in comfortable beds (NOT bunks or sleeper sofas!)
There are spectacular views of the Gulf from almost every room in the house.
We provide high-quality linens & towels, plush over-sized beach towels (8), beach chairs (6) & other beach equipment; starter supplies of soaps, detergents, paper towels, toilet paper; WiFi, cable, free long-distance and much, much, MORE!
FLOOR PLAN:
The GROUND LEVEL has ample COVERED PARKING (enough for at least 3 cars or boats, depending on size) that accesses the GROUND-LEVEL FOYER... and additional parking in the open driveway. There is a STORAGE SHED with a plentiful supply of BEACH EQUIPMENT including: beach chairs & rafts, a beach cart, umbrella, beach toys. etc. There is also a FIRE PIT, OUTDOOR SHOWER, FISH SINK & outdoor Weber charcoal GRILL.
The PRIVATE BOARDWALK to the beach is completely ramped which makes it easy to roll the beach cart or strollers with little ones directly to the beach.
The MIDDLE LEVEL has a SUN DECK with chaises and a SCREENED PORCH equipped with a custom heart-pine, pub-height dining table and fan that make it easy to DINE 'AL FRESCO" while enjoying the sweeping Gulf views!
Inside you will find the LIVING AREA with comfortable seating, 42-inch flat-screen TV and unique driftwood glass-top coffee table; the DINING AREA with custom table made from glass and antique boat wood; the fully-equipped KITCHEN with granite counter tops, BREAKFAST BAR, undermount sink, stainless steel appliances, as well as a KUERIG & regular coffee maker; FULL BATH and GUEST BEDROOM with queen bed and flat-screen TV.
The TOP LIVING LEVEL has a GULF-SIDE MASTER with PRIVATE BALCONY, king bed, flat-screen TV and EN-SUITE BATH with large custom WALK-IN SHOWER. There are two more guest bedrooms and a guest bath on this level: one is on the Gulf side and they each have queen beds and ceiling fans. There is also a UTILITY ROOM with full-sized stacked washer & dryer.

AREA FEATURES:
As you stroll along the quiet beach, you can find a variety of SEASHELLS to collect or just enjoy watching the DOLPHINS swimming by or EAGLES and OSPREY scouting for prey. Of course, swimming, sunbathing or fishing in the surf are always a favorite, too.
Our neighborhood is extremely quiet and friendly, - a great place for families with children, a couples romantic retreat or for anyone who just wants to get away from it all!
You may want to rent a bike or golf cart and cruise quietly through the streets or on the beach. HORSEBACK RIDING on the beach can also be conveniently arranged. There are also KAYAKS to rent if you would like to paddle to nearby St. Vincents Island.
Dinner is right out your door: you can FISH OR CRAB from the shore. SCALLOPING in nearby St. Joe Bay is also a lot of fun during the summer scallop season. These sweet, tender delicacies can be enjoyed on your vacation or frozen for later when you return home.
In addition, the famous INDIAN PASS RAW BAR is just a mile up the road where you can enjoy the area's delicious oysters, other seafood and a cold drink. Weekends at the Raw Bar often feature outdoor live entertainment and dancing.
Our area is reminiscent of 'Old Florida.' There are no tall condos or hotels anywhere near by! Our BEACHES ARE VERY QUIET AND PRISTINE and, in the off-season, you will rarely encounter anyone as you stroll quietly along the beach!
Our home is located on beautiful mainland Gulf front property, that is just 1.5 miles east of Cape San Blas - which has been rated in the top five of the best beaches in the United States.
Port St. Joe is only 10 miles to the west where you can stock up on all of the provisions you'll need. If you're not in the mood to cook, there are a number of great, local restaurants and night spots nearby. A golf course is only a few miles away and there are 4 separate boat ramps within 15 miles.
Just 20 minutes to the east is the historic and quaint fishing town of Apalachicola. Here you will find some great shopping as well as many wonderful restaurants and night spots. In addition, you can walk along the boardwalk and see what catch the fishing boats have brought in for the day.

What a beautiful home! Perfect setting on a quiet beach. The host, Leslie, was so helpful and welcoming. She truly wanted us to have a wonderful stay. We were a party of six adults and had plenty of room to spread out so all felt comfortable. We will definitely return.

Family Beach Vacation

Sea-duced is a beautiful beach home. It is located on a wide and quiet stretch of beach. The house has everything you would need to enjoy your time there. We saw dolphins everyday. The firepit and screened in porch are awesome bonus features to have. Leslie was awesome to work with and made sure everything was taken care of.

Great Destination

If you want to go to the beach and stay in a great house, this is the destination. It is like the old Florida I remember from my childhood. Not as many other tourists like some other places. It was very relaxing and can’t say enough about how great the house was and communication with the host.

Great quiet trip!

My family loved our stay! Beautiful secluded beach and a nice home. We caught fish, paddled in the gulf, played on the beach, and had a great spring break away from crowds. Owner was very attentive and everything was as advertised. We would love to visit again!

Indian Pass area

Had an excellent week. The address is Port St Joe but this location is actually south of town. The beach is awesome and not crowded. This time of year we saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house fit the needs of our group, three couples. Leslie is a pleasure to work with and stayed in contact with us. This area has become our new favorite!!!

A slice of heaven!

My family and I have traveled to this area every year for nearly a decade and we’ve experienced many houses on many beaches. We all agreed this is by far our favorite! Beautiful accommodations - house was clean, beautifully decorated, many little conveniences and details attended to, perfect location. The beach is beautiful beyond words. So peaceful and unspoiled. We enjoyed fires in the evening, walking the beach in the morning.. Leslie is an absolute dream to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful home and AMAZING home owner!!

This was by far my best experience with a home owner!! First off, the home is stunning, super clean, fully stocked with everything you need and then some and steps from the beach. The fire pit was a super nice bonus for my family. The owner contacted me prior to our arrival with a few top restaurant choices in the area and shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our trip was interrupted by Idalia. Two days prior to the storm making landfall, she reached out again to share her concern for our safety. It truly wasn’t just about her home, she reached out to me again to make sure we all made it home safely. I definitely recommend renting this home!!

We had an amazing stay at Leslie’s place! It was clean, comfortable, & fully stocked! We were so impressed with everything she had there for us to use. We loved the location and how quiet it was. We had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was beautiful and clean and we had the best time on the beach. The kids had a blast and we had the beach to ourselves. So nice as opposed to all the hustle and bustle of other beaches. The house was very well stocked with all essentials and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with! Definitely want to go back!

Literally the best appointed property we've stayed at in the area. And everything is well marked - I suspect Leslie has a label maker with a label on it that says "label maker." The one item missing was quickly remedied - no issues whatsoever. Bring plenty of wood for the fire pit!

Didn't Want to Leave!

This was one of the best vacations we've had in years. I scoured every property listing on-line, and Sea-Duced stood out above them all for its setup, location, beach access and decor. Then I spoke with Leslie and knew this is where we needed to take a long overdue much needed family vacation. The location is perfect. Port St. Joe is far enough off the beaten down, over-developed, tourist-laden path to have a huge beach, a calming atmosphere, and enough elbow room to enjoy that huge beach but close enough to great restaurants and family activities that you get the best of both worlds. Sea-Duced is in the best spot. The beds were full, comfortable beds, no foldouts or bunks beds and every room seemed to have an ocean or beach view. It was spotless when we arrived and felt like walking into your own home. We spent most of our time either on the screened-in porch, sitting around a fire in the fire pit or laying on the boardwalk staring at the brightest display of stars in the sky I’ve ever seen. We saw tons of wildlife around the area that was exciting and half a dozen shooting stars. We got up early every morning to watch the sunrise on the beach made sure to be there every night to see it set. Leslie was a fantastic manger and host. Before we arrived, she sent us info on the best places to eat, where to go for different activities had all the check-in info arranged for us such that it was just a seamless transition from our door to hers. Everything we needed was already there all the way down to beach chairs for the beach and coffee ready to go morning one. If we did need something we forgot, we hit the cool general store that is literally 1 mile down the road and open 7 days a week. Leslie checked in with us mid-way to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything. It was a great place to stay and helped make our time away that much more enjoyable. We will book again at the very next time we can. You won’t be disappointed.

Can't believe we waited this long to visit the "forgotten coast." Much less crowded than Destin/30A area and very laidback. Good food, good friends, good home and good weather. What more could you ask for.
