The Beach House, located gulf front on Indian Pass, is a perfect place for you to reach that sense of peace, serenity and relaxation. A single family home, this property is situated all on one level and features a screened deck that stretches across the entire width of the home. An outdoor dining space is available for your evening meals watching the sunset.

There are views from nearly every room inside and there’s no better place to enjoy the breeze than on that screened deck. The Beach House is a wonderful gathering place for your family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an open floor plan. It is also located near the Indian Pass boat ramp and the ever-popular Indian Pass Raw Bar. With equal distance to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, shopping and dining are just a short drive away while the peaceful Indian Pass Beach is just outside your doorstep.

Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking with plenty of room under house for cars or a gathering. 1st level-gulf front living room with TV and DVD/VCR player, dining and kitchen with laundry closet; Bedroom 1 – gulf front master bedroom with king bed, access to screened deck, TV and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo; Bedroom 2 – 2 twins; full bath and Bedroom 3 – gulf front bedroom with queen bed and access to screened deck. *We LOVE Snowbirds! Very quaint and pleasant

Very good location, with pleasant a view. It’s set in a peaceful surrounding neighborhood just outside the city. We had a great stay. Some attributes of the house are a bit dated. But all in all, it’s a beach house. And we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Wonderful house on the beach

This is a marvelous place to stay on the beach. We loved everything about it. The front porch was the best “office” anyone could hope for. Hopefully we’ll be back!
