The Mac Shack- 4 bedroom beachfront holiday home with sea views!

THE MAC SHACK is a spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests - please note a maximum of 8 adults as the 2 top bunk beds are suitable for children only. Plenty of room for outdoor activities in the expansive fully enclosed rear yard with direct access to the beach.

Modern open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric freestanding oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), benchtop bake & grill oven, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich press, electric frying pan, mixer, food processor. Separate sitting area with a 2 seater lounge.
Dining area with large dining table/chairs, ceiling fan, sliding door leading out to rear yard.
Open plan living area 1 x 3 seater lounge, 1 x 2 seater lounge, coffee table, large smart TV, Blue-ray player, ceiling fan, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Views of the beach and ocean can be seen from the kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Portable cot (no linen provided) and high chair.

All bedrooms with ceiling fans and built-in robes.

Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, front loading washing machine, dryer, walk through to separate w/c.

Second bathroom/laundry located in the rear portion of the shed with a walk-in shower, top loading washing machine, w/c, large bench with sink, kettle, toaster, small fridge/freezer for drinks & bait etc. Clothes airer, pegs, crab rakes and tub.

Rear of the house has a full length under cover verandah with outdoor settings, BBQ, large fully fenced backyard with gate leading to the walking trail and beach. Fire pit (winter months only - BYO wood), retractable clothesline and fish cleaning facility - PLEASE NOTE - NO fish cleaning to be done in the shed/laundry sink or inside the house. No cooking of fish and shellfish inside the house or shed.

Front of house has a full length under cover verandah with table and chairs, dual driveway access and parking is available for multiple cars and boat.

No guest access to shed except for the back area with the second bathroom/laundry.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities, playground, IGA.

Pillows, quilts and bed linen is provided you will need to bring your own towels, tea towels and beach towels - Please note/advise which beds you would like the linen for.
