You can do better

I'm just going to be honest, as I feel that if someone else had been I wouldn't have wasted my money. From the time you walked into the lobby, the smell was overpowering. I would describe it as urine covered up with a cleaning product, but maybe others would describe it differently. Needless to say, it was not good. Took the elevator up to the third floor where there was a total different fragrance in the hallway of something tropical, possibly coconut or pineapple. Either way, a very bad air freshener. As a person that struggles with allergies on a regular basis, this was a total overload on my sinuses and made me regret my reservation from the get go. The bedroom was somewhat of a relief from the overpowering smells, although still musty. The shower didn't drain, but why would I have expected it to in the first place? Bottom line, if you need a place to lay your head, go for it. But if you have the means to pay more than $157 for better, do it. We opted to cut our losses and drive 10 hours home instead of suffer any longer.

Everything was good. I did not like the smell. You can tell the carpet is original and it has an odor of cheap carpet powder. Otherwise it would have been a perfect hotel in every way.

Good stay overall.

The first night there we didn’t have hand towels when I asked about that he gave us two more washcloths to use. After that, the maids had hand cows every day. On my last night there the water did not get real hot in the shower. We did have to drive a distance to find food. Overall, it was a good stay and easy access to the national park.

Do you need a hotel? This is one

Very solid, had an event in Chicago and stayed here on my way home. Comfy bed, surprisingly big room, and I had called ahead to request an early check in the clerk politely communicated that it may or may not be ready in time but in the end they were able to get me in. Nothing fancy, just a solid hotel.

Overall a decent stay. Rooms were clean although damage noted to several areas. Breakfast was decent with both hot and cold options. Biggest down side was the hot tub being out of order.

We checked in fine, got to our room, started settling in, no linens for the pull out bed. I call the desk, I need to go down to the desk to get them. Back down I go, got the linens. Made the pull out bed and then discovered the air conditioner was leaking so bad it had formed a puddle that reached passed the bed. Call the desk, back downstairs I go. They issued us a new room, repack our things, to a new room we go. Get there no linens for the pull out bed, so back down to the desk I go and he said to take them from the other room. Eeeew no, the mattress was dirty and I’m not taking them off a dirty mattress to a new room. So he gave me more. The rest of our stay was fine.

This was our first and last stay in this hotel. The main reason we chose it was due to the distance from the interstate (we were traveling to other areas closely), as well as the pool and hot tub. Those were both great, however we had a half working television the entire stay. We reported this several times throughout our visit and two different employees said they would have maintenance come in and work in it. This never happened. Still could not watch tv at night when we got home from our busy days. Annoying.

Awesome service and staff!!

The staff are great and so sweet. Very attentive to their guests. Whatever I needed, they got for me right away. Continental breakfast is awesome. Complimentary lemon water in lobby is great as well. Pool and spa are awesome. This is my 2nd time staying here and I WILL BE BACK!
