The stunning sandy beach and boardwalk are less than a 5 minute walk with shops, restaurants and cafes all just outside the complex entrance and only a 20 minute drive away from Portugals International racing circuit the Autodromo.

103 has fabulous views of the Ria De Alvor Nature Reserve, marina and an uninterrupted view to the beach from the apartments large double aspect balcony.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and comprises of one large bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobes along with a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.

Very lovely private accommodation. You have your own beds by the pool and the pool is amazing. Some lovely restaurants nearby. Alvor is a beautiful resort and the beach is 5 muns walk away. Great communication with owner and lovely lady who lets you in. Thanks very much for an amazing holiday

Really comfortable apartment - great facilities, lots of books & DVDs wonderful pool. Few hundred metres from great restaurants and bars - super comfy bed - Magia made us feel very welcome - definitely a return trip. Free parking behind electric gates, couldn’t ask for more.

Firstly Alvor is a really nice place to visit and the property is right next door to it all. It’s very comfortable with views of the pool and down to the boats at anchor in the estuary. Numerous restaurants are a short walk away uphill or along the front. For those with walking difficulties there are only three steps to negotiate to the door of this ground floor apartment. If you have a late flight and you don’t have a car you will have to figure out where to keep your luggage after the 10:30 checkout.

Location, location, location!

Spacious apartment in probably the best location in Alvor. Seconds away from the harbour and two minutes away from the town. The apartment has a large south facing balcony - perfect for a winter stay. Private gated condominium which makes it a very safe and private location.

Great apartment, great location

The apartment was excellent for our holiday. The location in Alvor is easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the living space relaxing and nicely decorated. We thank Martin and Magia for their quick responses and for making adjustments to our change in plans. Beautiful Property

Large spacious comfortable appartment with all mod cons. Very well equipt kitchen, ample storage space and lovely king size bed in the bedroom. Lovely large balcony and although on the ground floor was really quite private. Our first stay in Alvor but not our last. The location of this appartment was perfect and we would definitely choose it again when we return.

A perfect spring retreat in Alvor

A fabulous vacation rental at a perfect location in the wonderful village of Alvor, sat mid-way between Portimao and Lagos in the Algarve. The owner, Martin McGettigan, was completely awesome and made our stay so comfortable and rewarding. The only minor critique was the hard mattress that would benefit from a 3-inch foam topper.
