L&A Villa is luxurious, where every detail makes the difference. You will not feel like a simple rental home. We have the house very well equipped with all the details, so you can enjoy your holidays and feel very comfortable.
All 3 bedrooms and living room are air conditioned. All rooms with spring mattresses and high quality linen. We provide free Baby chair, travel cot and suitable baby crockery. Everything you need in a comfortable home. We also provide Beach towels without extra charge. Deck equipped for dining in the garden, overlooking the pool. Automatic toop to protect you from the hot sun and relax on the outside deck.
We offer 30 GB Wi-Fi and Hi-Fi is also available. Smart TV is in living room
Pool cover so you can increase the water temperature some degrees. Put it at nigth and takei in the morning. Easy manage. Free of charge.

Villa is in a condominium with direct access to three beaches 4 minutes walk from the village: Prainha (access By lift), Praia dos 3 Irmãos and Praia do Alvor. Suitable for families. It has a small Supermarket in the condominium. Spectacular views of sea and cliffs from the cliffs and gardens of the condominium. Huge green spaces for running, playing, picnicking with the security of a condominium. Everything around you :-)

Fabulous Prainha Villa
An absolutely fantastic villa in the perfect Prainha complex. The villa is clean, spacious, has modern decor and is perfect for a small group of adults or family. It’s situated a 5 minute drive/30 minute walk from the centre of Alvor, in the Prainha beach side complex. The complex is located next to 2 beautiful Sandy coves each with beach side restaurants. We couldn’t fault our stay, and will definitely be looking to rebook next year.
