CLEAN AND SAFE SEAL for Casa Carpe Diem: Hygiene en disinfected based on Governmental Rules Portugal. Sfeervol genieten op een prachtige locatie, vlakbij zee met een zandstrand waar je de typische rotskust van de Algarve tegen komt. Casa Carpe Diem is een moderne villa, gebouwd aan de rand van het resort Prainha. De villa is omringd door naaldbomen, ligt op een rustige plek zonder verkeer. Casa Carpe Diem is een van de laatste huizen aan het eind van een doodlopende straat. Voor de deur kan je ruim parkeren. Vanaf het huis zijn het strand en alle faciliteiten van Prainha Village prima bereikbaar. Het resort ademt een echte Portugese sfeer uit, je vindt er nog typische wat oudere Portugese huisjes terug en het park is prima onderhouden. Veel groen, veel bloemen, ruimte en voor de kinderen veel faciliteiten als tennisvelden, kleine speeltuintjes en een prachtig centraal zwembad gebouwd boven op de rotsen. Gasten mogen daar gratis gebruik van maken. Bedjes en parasols zijn daar te huur. Tevens bevindt zich op het park ook een mooi buiten zwembad vlak voor het hotel. Daar zijn de ligbedden gratis.
Vanaf het huis wandel je over het strand Tres Irmaos in 20 minuten naar Alvor (met de auto nog geen 10 minuten). Alvor kent nauwelijks hoogbouw, heeft een gezellig centrum met veel restaurantjes; een klein haventje waar in de ochtend nog vis wordt schoongemaakt voor de restaurants. Je kan prachtig wandeltochten maken in de omgeving naar bijvoorbeeld Praia do Veau, een tocht over de rotsen. Bij eb wandel je over het strand langs alle rotspartijen, vind je kleine poeltjes van water met visjes en krabbetjes. Op het strand tref je heerlijke restaurantjes aan waar je lekker ontspannen kan eten, terwijl de kinderen in het zicht op het strand kunnen spelen. De sfeer is gemoedelijk en nog steeds heel voorkomend voor toeristen. Wat maakt Casa Carpe Diem dan nu zo bijzonder?
Voor de eigenaren is het de meest bijzondere plek (wij komen er sinds 1992!) en mooiste plek aan de Algarve; serene rust; een zeer comfortabel en modern huis zonder opsmuk; goed onderhouden met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een heerlijke vakantie; prachtig zoutwater zwembad bij het huis (20 vierkante meter) en alle mogelijkheden in de omgeving met een zeer ruim zandstrand om te genieten. Een plek om lief te hebben.
