Perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun, the property is just a short drive from the centre of Portimão, as well as the beautiful beaches of Vau, Alvor and Praia da Rocha.This marvellous property has 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (1 of them en-suite) and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bath and overhead shower. The bright and inviting living and dining room allows you to lounge comfortably and enjoy a meal with family and friends, prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.Outside, a delightful patio with outdoor furniture surrounded by landscaped garden areas allows the option of enjoying your meals alfresco.The villa also includes free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a fantastic Games room on the lower floor where you can enjoy a game of snooker.The Oasis Park complex has an exceptional leisure centre which includes a beautiful indoor pool (heated between November and April) and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of Oasis Parque guests. Plenty of sun loungers are provided around the large outdoor swimming pool and smaller pool for children, and there’s a café / restaurant nearby for refreshments. The property is located in a quiet area of Portimão and is a short walk from 2 different supermarkets and several restaurants and cafés. The beautiful beaches of Alvor, Vau or Praia da Rocha are a short drive away, as well as the charming beach town of Alvor and vibrant Portimão city centre. Car rental is recommended, and if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool access card has an additional cost of €5 per person, per day, from the 7th to the 10th person.The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
