Holiday home in the secure MAS DE LA PLAGE 1 complex near the beach (approx. 250 m on foot).

On the ground floor, there is an air conditioned living room with kitchenette, sofa bed + TV, 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower and WC; on the upper floor, a loft room with 2 single beds.

Pleasant, fenced south-facing terrace with garden furniture, plancha + electric barbecue, manual awning and a sun lounger. Various equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, combined microwave/grill, combined fridge/freezer, coffee machine, hoover, toaster, kettle, 2 fans...

Sleeping places: Bedroom 1 ground floor: 1 bed 140/mezzanine/ attic room: 2 beds 90.

This residence is close to all the shops and restaurants and is a good choice for a family holiday.
