The room was clean.the maid service was nothing more than emptying the trash, I think they just want to check out your room. We were accused of smoking in the room which was later discovered to be false but the owner lady was very rude about it,

Surprisingly good facility - clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds - was better than we expected. We lost one of our keycards - they replaced it with no problems or charge (we later found it so returned it on checkout). Definitely recommend this place - it's not the absolute best - but it's way above average in my opinion.

It was only about a 20 min drive to Portland and Kennebunkport. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. The room was ok, looked a little old but still good enough. The advertised breakfast was awful. It was just coffee in a corner with small snacks next to it
