We loved staying here! Family of 5 with young kids. It’s right down town which is so fun and we could walk everywhere and only pay the hotel parking. I think it also has an airport shuttle. It’s clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Overall a nice place, with a great location. After staying at the Hyatt on the waterfront in DC this past March, I found Portland to be way overpriced. I just don't understand the value discrepancy. I also think, charging an extra $50 if you get in early before check in time, and your room is ready, they will add this fee to your bill. That's petty.

Hyatt stay

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt for our two year anniversary. It is a very nice hotel from the exterior and the lobby. We rented a king size room and it was very clean and appealing. The AC unfortunately blows directly on the bed and can be very dry/cold while sleeping. My part of the mattress was sunken in with a large divot and caused me to toss and turn all night. Overall, our stay was good, however I would recommend diverting the AC in a different direction and updating their beds.
