Comfortable and clean

Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is ideal. We love Portland's dining, music and arts scene. Breweries abound, including an excellent gluten-free one, Orange Bike. LaQuinta is close to I-295 and to downtown so you can get to attractions quickly and also to those in nearby towns. The breakfast however, was limited and gluten-free options were nearly nonexistent. (And about the parking in Portland -- watch it. You will get ticketed and the parking authority is unforgiving.)

We stayed for 4 days and everything was great. Breakfast had eggs, sausages, waffle machine, cereal and yogurt plus bread and bagels. Coffee offered all day long. Big parking lot with lots of parking available. 10 minutes from the airport as well as from all the action of old town. Will stay here again.
