Good enough for work
It was ehh... there was a bad cockroach problem, the owner said it was from renovations upstairs, and did come and spray everything. I knew I would probably see some for another 2 days but for being there for 6 days, I saw them for 6 days.
I will say, the only other major complaint is you are next to the emergency medical services, so it's sirens all the time. Nothing anyone can do about it, but be aware if you are sensitive to noise.
Other than that, it's a quaint apartment, in walking distance to several restaurants and 2 small grocery stores. There is a ton of parking available. And you are right on the bus line with direct roads to pretty much everything. You could even walk downtown if you are feeling it!
