The property was very nice. Upgraded and good location. Still small.Unit could use black out shades and the sink area could use some sort of door. A pocket door or accordion door for privacy. Double bed unit is good for a couple, not really big enough for a family in my opinion. The front office had a nice selection of coffees and teas every morning and the staff was really friendly.

The rooms were very cute and comfortable! My friend and I stayed for 2 and it was a nice stay. The motel is close to train tracks so if your a light sleeper you might want to stay somewhere else. I put headphones in and my friend had earplugs and that did the trick.

Quick one night stop-over on our way up the coast. Very compact area as you would expect from a coastal vacation town, but quite manageable. The place is in good condition and is comfortable with easy access to the beach and the town.

Friendly staff. Beautiful clean rooms. Very close to restaurants & shops but far enough away to be quiet. Right on the beach. We always stay here when we go to OOB.

Have stayed at a few other hotels here in OOB and this one by far is the best one in the area. Very clean and up to date no weird smells like the other hotels have and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Lovely stay

My son and I had a great time! Especially when you're able to walk to the beach in a couple minutes. The room was very clean, the beds could be better, both beds had a dip in the middle and pillows were extremely soft made my neck stiff in the morning. I would definitely stay again if the mattresses and pillows changed. Staff was very friendly. Very lovely cozy stay.

Awesome room with a view

We loved our room. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the room was very cute and clean. Only thing was the pillows, need to throw in some firmer ones. The feather pillows didn’t have enough filling. Made it hard to get comfortable. Other than that it was a great stay.
