Great Place to Stay

Our stay was great. It was a nice place to sleep and close to all the locations we wanted to explore. It was a cozy stay and the woman I was communicating with was very friendly. The motel room itself was a little old and not well lit. They did a nice job decorating but you can tell there are some fixes that need to be done. But hey, overall, I would recommend it to someone, it’s just a cozy affordable place to stay.

I’d definitely stay here again. We stayed in a double queen bed cabin. The manager, Amber, I think? Was wonderful. She was super nice and helpful. She was really sweet to my 6 year old son. The room was great except I could tell someone had smoked in there- at least in the bathroom. The beds were clean, the floors were a bit dirty and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (there was hair and dust on the top of the shelf next to the shower) the pool was great. Very clean and in good condition. The parking was a bit dicey for the cabins. No assigned parking which made it hard. If someone took the spot next to your cabin, you’re out of luck. Not easy with two

The penthouse was cute and cozy. This place is convenient to Funtown/Splashtown, Aquaboggan and theres a trolley that takes you to OOB every hour for $2/person. The staff are wonderful!

Good stay with some updates needed

Bed was comfortable, nice cabins. They need som more storage and shelving in the bathroom and kitchen area. The floors get dirty fast because the road is dirt and it gets tracked in. You’ll need to wear shoes or sandals all the time. There needs to be a designated dog area to relieve themselves also. Otherwise a great place close to the beach and other fun areas.

This motel was definitely giving Rose Motel vibes. 😁. It was a great place for our stay. We only stayed one night because of our itinerary, but would have liked to stay more. Front desk manager (Alex, I think?) was super helpful and she was super nice. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have enough time to use it. There was a trolley that you could utilize and we would have if we were going to be there longer. Beds were comfy and the rooms had window air units and kept the rooms cool.
