Dirty room, cigarette butts lying around, smoke smell. No help from Charlie, it is a defective chatbot that doesn’t do much. Indication of that even before checkin, namely repeated reminders to submit documents (even though they had been submitted and were complete). I left 2 days early

Foi uma experiência muito boa, realmente me senti bem acolhida no espaço, tudo muito confortável e limpo. Deixaram uma coberta bem quentinha que fez toda a diferença.
