Middle of the road

Good hotel with pleasant staff however in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurant around is Domino’s. To top it off they don’t even offer a proper glass in your room. It was very fine plastic that crumpled when you held it. Toilet paper came out of a dispenser that ripped as you took it out. Really made you feel like they were cutting every corner possible. Very good breakfast.

Very friendly and nice hotel

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit - attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by offering fantastic local recommendations that led us to some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. When we checked out, they graciously held our luggage while we spent the afternoon at the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from hallway or street noise. The location is convenient, close to the Porto Alegre airport and shopping malls. The coffee and breakfast was very delicious and worth the small extra cost. While the bathroom was generally clean, I did notice some mildew in the shower area that could use attention. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the excellence of everything else. The comfortable bed, well-maintained facilities, and pleasant atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

No parking on-site

We arrived late at night, and there's limited parking on-site. We were forced to park off-site, a few buildings down the road on a parking lot. Breakfast was a bit sparse for the price they charge, I expected more. Overall, a good value for the location.

A great place to stay!

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was my first time here, but certainly not the last. It is well-decorated, and the room was very comfortable, very clean, with a very good bed and sheets. I particularly liked the room's small safe, which was large enough to store my computer and other valuables.

The hotel is new and clean. Best value you'll probably get anywhere. The details, from the lighting and flooring, to colors and space you need, was perfect. Even the breakfast was descent for what I expected of the price. I also stayed in the Curitba Moov, exactly the same rooms, same quality. It is relatively close by the airport, so it makes sense for people in transit, however there is not much to do in the immediate area around it. All that said, Bravo, I am a new fan on the Moov hotel brand.

Demora excessiva para fazer o check in. Café da manhã muito ruim e muita demora para a reposição dos alimentos, utensílios e café. Solicitamos água quente para colocar na térmica. Depois de 20 minutos, descobrimos que ainda não havia sido esquentada a água Com exceção da menina responsável pelo nosso check in, os demais funcionários não tiveram um mínimo de cordialidade no atendimento ao público.

Cama boa, banheiro/chuveiro bons Check inn MUITO demorado, apenas um atendente por um tempo, depois dois funcionários, fiquei uns 30 min entre fila e check inn.
