Horrible experience, stay away

The worst hotel experience in my life. I booked this hotel for 2 days, nearest to my family, since it had 3 of my top priorities: 1. Good wifi 2. Breakfast 3. Gym. The gym was out of service; the wifi was week and inefficient for mettings; I left within the hour so I didn’t try the breakfast. Elevator wait was unbearable (one out of 3 is for the garage only BUT THERE IS NO SIGN FOR IT, so you wait for nothing). Asked for a refund and still nothing yet (it’s been a week) even though they contacted me via WhatsApp to inform me “of their decision”. NO MANAGEMENT on weekends! Unbelievable…stay away.

Muito atraso no check-in, porque o quarto não estava disponível. Ninguém dava nenhuma previsão de tempo, todas as vezes que eu questionei só respondiam para aguardar alguns minutos, e demorou 2h para que eu conseguisse um quarto e isso porque me trocaram de quarto (me colocaram em um apartamento com 4 camas de solteiro, sendo que eu reservei uma acomodação com cama de casal).

Tive uma experiência ruim. Quarto ruim, antigo, apenas 1 tomada acessível e longe da cama. Janelas imundas, banheiro com cortina de plástico, box suspenso por um fio preso ao teto. Quarto com muito cheiro de cigarro (deixei as janelas abertas quase o tempo todo, o que foi bem inconveniente por ser inverno). Tomadas antigas (não consegui usar meu ferro de passar roupa, solicitei adaptador na recepção e disseram que não tinham). O café da manhã foi a única coisa boa. No check-out perguntaram se eu tinha consumido alguma coisa, o que achei engraçado porque o quarto não tinha nada de snacks ou bebidas para compra.

Acomodação já estava paga e fizeram eu pagar novamente, depois reclamei mostrando o comprovante e ficaram de fazer a devolução, não cadastraram os cartões dos quartos, tive que subir e descer, banho gelado com a explicação de que tinham poucos hóspedes e a caldeira demorava, aconselharam a deixar o chuveiro e torneira abertos até aquecer, desperdício de água e nunca aqueceu.

PIOR HOTEL QUE JÁ ME HOSPEDEI NA VIDA. Primeiro quarto estava com ar condicionado estragado e a luz queimada. Me mudaram para outro que tinha cheiro de comida podre. O terceiro tinha cheiro de mofo, todo sujo, com aranhas, matei uma barata e a cama era simplesmente horrível. Eu fiquei com nojo de dormir lá, que horror. O barato que saiu extremamente caro, não se hospedem.
