Boa localização, só é barulhento a noite por conta da Br e do aeroporto próximo, quando passa um avião faz bastante barulho! Hotel bem limpo, funcionários bem prestativos, o que incomodou foi a questão do estacionamento ser pequeno e ter que colocar o carro em um estacionamento do hotel em uma rua atrás que é bem deserta! Fora isso tudo ok! Ah e não possui sala de ginástica igual diz na publicação! Café da manhã simples e delicioso!

Sendo bem sincero, hotel com quartos pequenos, achei barulhentos,.escuta tudo dos corredores, a reclamação é muito mais pelo valor pago, não condiz em nada pelo que é, o mesmo hotel perto do aeroporto é bem melhor, se eu soubesse tinha ficado lá que valeria muito mais a pena pelo valor, e ainda cobram 30 reais pelo estacionamento....

Quarto razoável. Café da manhã bom. O problema que tive foi no estacionamento. Voltei da janta e me falaram que o estacionamento estava cheio. Eu peguei o carro e deixei na rua. De manhã vieram me cobrar o estacionamento. Eu falei que nao ia pagar pq nao tinha vaga a noite. Aí foi q me falaram que tinha outro estacionamento. Eu falei que nao tinha como eu adivinhar que tinha outro. Eles que tinham me informar.

Internet não funciona, iluminação do quarto ruim. Cama de casal muito ruim e para piorar a situação o estacionamento que na reserva estava como disponível, quando retornamos para o hotel em torno das duas da manhã o recepcionista estava dormindo, acordou irritado por ter que abrir o portão e não tinha vaga disponível, tive que colocar o carro em um estacionamento informado por ele e para retornar tive que andar a pé na rua escura cerca de meio quarteirão, algo absurdo indicar que tem estacionamento nesta condição e além de ser um terreno sujo e local de risco de assalto, principalmente para este horário

É um hotel simples, porém, completo para viagens curtas. Utilizei apenas uma diária e as instalações foram suficientes para essa rápida estadia. O café da manhã foi agradável com opções doces e salgadas comuns para essa refeição. A localização é muito boa, pois é praticamente no centro da cidade e com fácil acesso para Porto Alegre e outras cidades da Região Metropolitana. O chuveiro funcionou perfeitamente.

Difícil encontrar algo de bom para falar deste hotel. Chegamos à noite, tarde, e no check in já tivemos que fornecer novamente todos os dados que já havíamos preenchido anteriormente no “Check in online” enviado pelo hotel, pois, segundo os recepcionistas (nada simpáticos), eles não recebem estes dados (qual a necessidade de envio, então?). O estacionamento do hotel (minúsculo) estava cheio e tivemos que levar o carro para um estacionamento parceiro na rua ao lado e retornar caminhando, quase meia noite. Antes de ir ao estacionamento, optamos por já deixar as malas no quarto. Ao subir, a porta não abria. Precisamos descer com toda bagagem novamente para verificar a chave na recepção, que provavelmente não foi magnetizada corretamente (uma amiga que ficou em outro quarto teve o mesmo problema). Quando voltamos do estacionamento, a luz do quarto não ligava (já estava rindo de nervoso haha), depois de um tempo tentando, por 3 vezes ela ligou e caiu novamente, então mais uma vez tivemos que descer à recepção para reclamar. Quando retornamos funcionou, e logo um funcionário veio com um cartão de visitas para colocar junto com o cartão magnético onde ativa a energia, pois devia ser mal contato. Sobre o quarto: cama pequena, velha e desconfortável. Móveis inchados e chuveiro enferrujado. Televisão minúscula e não conseguimos desligar pelo controle, só levantando e desligando pelo botão nela mesmo. Falta espaço para tudo, mas resumindo: péssimo, não indico!

Hotel com quarto confortável. Atendimento das camareiras razoável. Mesmo colocando não perturbe elas vinham todas as vezes fazer a limpeza ou batem na porta. O gerente afirmou que as regras do hotel é descer pra recepção para renovar a chave. Absurdo. Uma estadia longa como foi a minha, todos os dias para tomar café da manhã, tinha que ir ao meio-dia renovar a chave.

Como eu havia deixado num comentário anterior. Absurdo que o hóspede tenha que ir todos os dias até a recepção e renovar a chave do quarto. Atendimento extremamente fraco na recepção. Mais de 3 pessoas que ficam na recepção e não atenden de forma sensara. Precisam urgentemente de um curso de melhoramento. Talvez seja necessário um funcionário mais experiente com hotelaria. Nenhum funcionário fala outro idioma. Os proprietários deese hotel deveriam rever suas regras.
