Located on the ground floor in a villa with private access to the free beach, in the most suggestive stretch of sea of the Ionian marina located between Torre Chianca and Scalo di Furno adjacent to the "Le Dune" bathing establishment. Only three steps separate the house from the sea.
6 beds in three bedrooms plus a camping cot for babies, large bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV corner, closet, veranda, furnished garden on the sea side with outdoor shower, rear garden with reserved parking space shade.
