Vacanza positiva

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso due settimane nella casa di Ornella, tra fine luglio e agosto. La casa rispecchia in pieno la descrizione dei proprietari che si sono dimostrati accoglienti e premurosi. La casa è in una buona posizione perché a piedi è possibile raggiungere il centro del paese e la spiaggia.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen.

In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente wie auch die Große und Lage waren für uns perfekt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die zusätzliche Dusche auf dem Innenhof. Das draussen Duschen nach dem Strandbesuch ist sehr viel angenehmer . Die Privatsphäre ist sehr gut. Die Nähe zum Strand ist gegeben. Dieser ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt vor Ort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bella, elegante e comoda!

Una casa così accomodante che quasi ti dispiace dover uscire al mattino per andare al mare... se non fosse che il mare di Torre Lapillo e Porto Cesareo è davvero irresistibile! la cucina è molto ampia, così chi si becca l'incarico di cucinare, non è costretto a patire il calore. i letti sono comodi e le camere, nonostante siano confinanti, sono ben "audioisolate" (insomma non si sente russare da una stanza all'altra). Insomma, se dovessi tornare in vacanza in puglia, questa casa per me sarebbe un punto di riferimento.

Casa pulitissima e si presenta molto bene

Si presenta ottimamente. Accogliente. Spazi ampi, anche il patio. Arredata forse di recente. La pulizia è ineccepibile. Pensiamo di non aver mai soggiornato in passato in una casa così pulita. E di questi tempi, è particolarmente importante. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, anche nel rispondere alle domande, prima e durante il soggiorno. Il Wi-Fi funzionava molto bene. Aspetti negativi direttamente legati alla casa, tuttavia TRASCURABILI: 1) le piante grandi nel patio dovevano ancora crescere, dando quindi al patio un aspetto un po’ spoglio, rispetto a quanto visto in foto. 2) le luci al neon in cucina, in bagno e nel patio, di sera abbruttiscono l’ambiente. Suggerimento: sostituitele con LED a tonalità calda e l’effetto sarà ottimo e coerente con tutto il resto dell’arredamento (anche la luce arreda!). Aspetti negativi non dipendenti dal proprietario: 1) Come le altre case della zona, non è servita da rete idrica. Ogni casa sembra essere dotata di cisterna e l’acqua, per quanto potabile, dà un cattivo sapore a caffè, tè, pasta, etc. Si rimedia comunque usando acqua minerale della più economica. 2) Vista sul retro della casa abbastanza deprimente. Ma è solo il retro, niente di grave.

Oltre Ogni Aspettativa, Eccellente

Devo ammettere che siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'organizzazione e dall'ottima accoglienza dei proprietari. siamo andati in due coppie e siamo stati benissimo. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e ben curato nei minimi dettagli. La cosa più positiva che ci ha rassicurato un po', è stata il fatto che la proprietaria si è preoccupata di farsi sentire con molto anticipo per poter darci tutte le informazioni ed indicazioni necessarie. Se avete dei dubbi sull'affidabilità, state pure tranquilli.

Très agréable séjour dans cette villa

Bien située, confortable, lieu tranquille, très propre, bien agencée mais si vous n'aimez pas vous salir les mains, il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle . Pas de connexion internet mais pour les Européens, possibilité d'acheter un wifi portable.Propriétaire très aimable et sympathique.
