Lu sule, lu mare, lu ientu.

I loved this place. The room was just fine, but what made the difference was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. The staff at the beach facility were just as wonderful. A truly wo derful experience all around.

Clean and great location

Excellent location for the beaches at Punta Prosciutto but you do need a car. Accommodation is basic but very clean and for £50 a night is a bargain. We stayed in 4 locations in Puglia and samana had by far the best breakfast. Simone who runs the place was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Bella struttura a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal primo lido disponibile. Stanza un po' piccola e bagno a tetris (il bidet era tra la doccia e il water), ma tutto molto pulito e piuttosto nuovo. Bellissima piscina al centro. Buona colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono

Struttura nuova, grande abbastanza. Colazione molto buona. Unica nota di miglioramento è evitare di spruzzare deodarante dopo la pulizia camere. L'odore è molto forte e poco piacevole. Aperte le finestre e aria condizionata a manetta per ripulire dall'odore. NON è sul mare e non si può andare a piedi.

Posto nuovo, molto carino e ben curato, si trova al di fuori del caos di torre lapillo e porto cesareo, quindi risulta anche piu facile muoversi sotto certi aspetti...le camere sono tutte nuove e dispongono di ogni comfort...unica pecca riscontrabile è l’assenza di finestre, sia nel bagno che nella camera, c’è solo la porta-finestra che dà accesso all’appartamento che permette di arieggiare un pochino l’ambiente...la colazione è ricca e variegata, c’è praticamente un pò di tutto...nel complesso lo consigliamo vivamente, è un posto che merita...
