Apartment A at Sea La Vie is a charming vacation home in Torre Lapillo, available for rent just 700 meters from the sea, with all the main amenities within easy reach.
The home is equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washing machine, an electric oven, curtains and mosquito nets, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, and a TV. It sleeps up to 4 people.
In the large garden, the parking area, outdoor shower, and some relaxation areas are shared with another vacation home. Pets are allowed.

Apartment A is part of a small villa with a garden, consisting of two separate houses that can be rented individually.
Recently renovated, the apartment features a living room with an open kitchen and one single sofa bed, one double bedroom, and one bathroom with a shower stall, plus a laundry closet. The fourth bed is a fold-out bed.
Air conditioning is available in the living room, while the bedroom has ceiling fans.
A beautiful private veranda allows you to enjoy peaceful, relaxing days. If needed, for greater privacy, a partition between the verandas of the two neighboring apartments can also be used.
In the shared garden areas, you can enjoy well-maintained green spaces, lounge chairs, and a swing to cool off in the height of summer.
The apartments are equipped with mosquito screens, curtains, and shutters. They are an excellent choice for peaceful stays, whether for families or couples, close to the most beautiful beaches along the Ionian coast.
The Surroundings of Sea La Vie in Torre Lapillo
Sea La Vie is located in a quiet area of Torre Lapillo, from where you can reach the beach or the town center on foot in just a 10-minute walk. All amenities are within easy reach.
Across from Sea La Vie, a narrow path leads straight to a small cove with crystal-clear water and low cliffs, nestled amid the Mediterranean scrub: an idyllic setting where you can even take your pet for a walk.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Apartment A is one of two apartments of Sea La Vie, each of which is independent
- In common only: parking, outdoor shower and some chilling areas.
- Air conditioning only in the living room, in the bedrooms there are ceiling fans.
