Infelizmente tivemos que trocar de bangalô duas x pois tanto no 1º bangalô, quanto no 2º bangalô as resistências do boiler queimaram e ficamos sem banho quente tarde da noite. No 2º bangalô uma lâmpada piscava sem parar e mesmo o eletricista indo ver o problema, o mesmo não foi sanado, tendo então que ficar com a mesma apagada. A TV do segundo quarto tb estava com riscos na tela. No chuveiro tb esse segundo bangalô não tinha os dois porta toalhas. Fomos embora dois dias antes, tendo reembolso feito pela proprietária no valor de 3200 mas pagamos 1800 cada diária. Acredito eram taxas do hotéis.com A proprietária foi gentil e sugeriu até que ficássemos sem pagarmos as duas diárias, mas o foco não era esse. A gerente na nossa saída mal falou conosco e não pediu desculpas em nenhum momento do checkout. Pontos positivos: academia boa, equipe simpática (mesmo não sendo eficiente na manutenção). Pontos negativos: esses problemas de manutenção e tb para gente ter entre a pousada e a praia vários itens de pescadores, motos velhas, cadeiras plásticas, etc… Isso quebra bastante o encanto e não foi detectado nem nas fotos do Google nem tampouco no Instagram da pousada.

Pousada com abertura recente. Se posiciona para o luxo, mas ainda tem pontos a serem melhorados. Os funcionários do café, bar e restaurante são ótimos! Destaque para a Ingrid que é muito proativa. Os bangalôs são confortáveis, amenities Le Labo. O restaurante ainda tem poucas opções de comida e a carta de vinhos menor. Café da manhã à lá carte e saboroso. O atendimento da parte administrativa precisa ser melhorado.
