I wish the owners told us about the construction. We had to find the ramp from the train station and walk up the hill to the flat. The code for the front door didn’t work at first but once inside the basement apartment it was fine. The kitchen is well stocked. The shower was nice but at a weird angle. The bed was good but the sofa bed was horrendous. Replace. It was two pieces that kept coming apart and was at an angle so you rolled down. It was awful.

beautiful city of Porto. Nice view. Only complaint is there were no utensils in kitchen. no forks, knives , or spoons. Otherwise very nice. Excellent .

Great place--once you're inside

The only awful thing about this unit was the arrival. We were finally sent the code to get into the building at exactly check- in time. As we arrived at the unit, we met another guest who had been waiting an hour, trying the code, trying to reach someone for help with getting into the building. No one from the company would answer the call, only texting us asking for a video of us trying the code. Finally a third guest arrived and informed us that the code was not working, had not worked in days, and would not be fixed for several days. If not for him, we would NEVER have gotten into the building. The place itself was great, but THE WORST arrival and communication we've ever encountered.

Propreté et sécurité bon. Aucun contact humain. Je pense que l'Intelligence artificielle gagnerait un Oscar d'humanisme. Aucun accessoire de cuisine : pas d'huile pour la cuisson, ni poivre, sel, épices, herbes ou autre. Donc on annonce une cuisine avec rien pour cusiner !!! Il faut tout acheter. C'est quoi l'avantage avec un Hotel? Pour le matériel, pénurie de papier de toilette après 3 jours, pénurie de papier essuie-tout à la 4e journée. Et comble de tout, plein de maringuins la première nuit avec des pigures solides le lendemain matin. Donc on ouvre aucune fenêtre, ni porte pour aérer ou prendre un peu de soleil sur la terrasse. Un des pires logements. Pourtant je voyage depuis 40 ans.!!??

Overordnet set en god oplevelse og en dejlig lejlighed. Dog var det svært at komme i kontakt med udlejer (fik ikke svar på sendte beskeder før flere rykkere). Fik først kode til nøgleboks efter at have ringet dem op (efter check-in tidspunkt). Desuden meget støj fredag og lørdag hele natten fra nærliggende bar/natklub.

Dejligt ophold. Dejlig lejlighed. Ren og pæn, og stille. Der var dog problemer med at låse fordøren op, og vi måtte hjælpe 2 andre par som heller ikke kunne. Men fa vi endelig kom ind gik alt fint.
