The admin for checkin was very good and communications quick and helpful. The room was ideal, clean and functional and nicely decorated. The location on a back but accessible street was ideal for our 3 night visit. Only minor annoyance was the flat above was noisy one early morning. Otherwise an excellent choice.

Loved this property. Very comfortable. Only concern would be for older guest, no elevator and stairs are steep, other than that, great stay!!

Place was good and well located. 3 floors climbing was not mentioned. But the worst experience was they had a key to open the door from outside but didn't mention that the door was broken from the inside and could only be opened from the inside with the key. Unfortunately the key was on the door on the outside and the door closed on its own. We got stuck inside the house with no way to come out. We tried calling/msgn the owners on all the numbers provided but got no response even though it was only 530 pm. Even sent a video showing the door not opening from inside. Luckily we had some friends staying close by and they managed to come and open the door after 2 hours. This was an extremely unsafe situation cause if something like a fire would have happened we had no way of getting out. Very disappointing. We still have got no reply from the owners.
