Before booking, please note:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of €250 if there is evidence such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts).

•Online registration: guest data must be registered compulsorily and autonomously through our own platform before arrival.

•Check-in: autonomous with digital lock and/or access keys.

•Access codes: provided on the day of check-in, after the apartment is ready and online registration is correctly completed.

Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct in the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the stated number may result in additional fees or refusal of the stay.

Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 for water and electricity applies; extras will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.

Porto has a naturally humid climate, so the apartment may present higher humidity levels on some days. An air conditioning unit with dehumidifier function is available for your comfort.

•Parking space available. The garage gate and building entrance door cannot be closed SPACE TEMPORARILY INACCESSIBLE.
