Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend.

The hotel was AMAZING! We stayed there for 7 nights late August, early September to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The staff were outstanding and we became good friends with Marta...we miss her!
