Lovely friendly staff, extremely clean hotel and spa. The spa was lovely! Welcoming reception staff, maids, porter and bar men of an evening were very friendly. My second time at this hotel. It really is the perfect city pad, close to Trindade metro station and 10 mins walk to the old town, without being in the middle of it. Very stylish rooms and large bathrooms, plus a lovely indoor pool and hot tub. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
