Location is perfect, walk down to the city. Apartment is well finished and furnished. Complex has an elevator in case you have an issue with stairs. Luis himself was so wonderful, and helpful. 10/10

Great location, just across the street from Trindade station (but there's no noise from it). The apartment was organized, fully equipped and comfortable. I arrived very late and the owner was understanding.

Das Apartment ist von der Lage her sehr zentral gelegen. Zur nächsten Metro-Station und zum Stadtzentrum sind es jeweils nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Lärmpegel nachts, durch den Strassenverkehr her, ist hoch. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.
