We stayed here two different times within the same week. We got the family room. 1 set had a musty smell to it that wouldn’t go away. The second set of rooms was great. Otherwise- Great location. Great views, great breakfast. Reception was wonderful.

Having a view of the Douro was beautiful. Our room was quiet, roomy and a fridge w/ kitchenette! Loved the shower. The front desk staff was great to deal w/. We were early and they were able to let us in our room. It wasn’t the room we booked but Miss Rita was able to change it for us. That was really nice of her. Thank you for our stay!
