The worst accommodation of my life!As soon as we opened the door the musty smell of humidity hit us and then we saw many humidity marks and even black mold around corners and inside furniture (we never put any clothes in the closets!)Also the floor had several planks curled from the moisture and therefore a trip hazzard.The apartment was also very hot. We thought ok, we can survive as long as there’s a working a/c… wrong! A/c did not work for the entire 8 day throughout the entire stay (including a 4 day heatwave) despite of multiple calls and promises that we were a priority for technical service.Wash machine was also broken and never fixed. They said they ordered spare parts but never gave an estimate of when it would be fixed.The apartment is on the first floor next to a very active street with no side walks. So, if you open the windows to cool a bit at night, it’s at your own risk because all kinds of cars and people pass by your window at arms length.I short, this apartment is not ready to be rented to anybody. The mold needs to be cleaned, the a/c needs to be fixed, the appliances need to be checked and fixed, the floor needs to be fixed and a strong dehumidifier needs to installed.Even then, be aware that when you step out of the door you do so to a very active street with no sidewalk, so it’s risky.
