Gorgeous Place

This apartment is stunningly beautiful and in a great neighborhood with convenient access to the metro and walkable to downtown. I loved being near the Mercado Bom Sucesso as it’s a great place for a single person to eat and meet others. There are lots of shops nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. The linens were high quality and changed frequently. The staff was very friendly & responsive. When I arrived there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom (common here) but I’m allergic to it. They sent a cleaner and it was vastly improved. During my stay I got a bunch of bites and felt like something was crawling in my clothes. I contacted the management and they took it very seriously. They sent someone to thoroughly clean and spray for bugs. When that still didn’t resolve the issue, they sent a pest expert who also didn’t find anything. Turns out it was bugs getting into my laundry when I hung it to dry on the balcony. Definitely keep the windows closed & dry your clothes indoors! There is a nice, affordable lavandaria only two blocks away. The frustrating part was the lack of essential supplies. There was no salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee for the first day, a detergent pod or two, hand soap, or a cutting board. I felt like I was camping in a fancy furniture store and having to check in at their office downtown was inconvenient. I’d still stay there again though, especially for a longer stay. Absolutely beautiful!

Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Es wurde alles gut erklärt. Weitere Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp. Das Appartment ist sauber und modern. Die Möbel sahen aus wie neu. Das Badezimmer schön gefliest und immer warmes Wasser. Wir waren zu dritt 10 Tage vor Ort. Zwei haben im Bett und einer auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen. Es war viel Toilettenpapier dort, es gab Spülmittel und Lappen für die Küche. Einmal wurde das Appartment sauber gemacht. Leider war die neue Bettwäsche mit Flecken, Handtücher fehlten und die anderen Handtücher waren leider kaputt. Das war sehr schade. Leider ist die Straße sehr laut, das sind wir von Zuhause nicht gewohnt und konnten daher nur schlecht schlafen. Zudem hatten wir Pech mit den Baustellen vor der Tür. Wenn jemand kein Problem mit Lautstärke hat, kann ich das Appartment empfehlen.
