Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio (30 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Rua de Gonçalo Cristóvão, such as Luís I Bridge and Torre dos Clérigos! The train station is only a short walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.
 
This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Relax in the living room, which features a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook, including a microwave.
 
The dining area can comfortably accommodate four people. The studio also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it.
 
The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels will also be provided for your convenience.
 
There’s also a private patio equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
 
The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

You have the Subway Station of Trindade, just 350 meters from the house

With its rich history, artistic energy, and convenient location, Bonfim is a must-visit neighborhood for those seeking an authentic and dynamic Porto experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Trindade, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
