Our stay at this property was lovely, staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and make sure to take some time to have dinner or cocktails at the restaurant. THE best hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was incredible. They called 30min before check in to see if I needed anything then proceeded to book our tours, dinner reservations and was so incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and so comfortable. Another thing that stood out was that the owner was present, always seen in the lobby. What a great stay this was! Higly recommened.

The hotel is a gorgeous place and the location was excellent!!!! The room and facilities were exquisitely decorated and clean!!!! the entire staff was very friendly also the front desk, and restaurant staff including Lucia were amazing. The hotel provided exceptional service and the staff were all friendly and always there to help. The pool was an extra perk, especially after a hot day of lots of walking. We loved our stay at the GA Palace Hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was wonderful. We loved the pool area (even though the floor is very slippery). Our breakfast was amazing. Would definitely go back if we get to Porto again.
